How to book a taxi in Naples?
You can directly book a taxi from our homepage, and you can add, cancel or modify your reservation at any time (pick-up time, number of passengers, pieces of luggage). Call us or write an e-mail for any modification to your booking schedule, to the number of passengers or luggage, or if you need a different vehicle. Here below you will find the procedure to modify your reservation.
Is it possible to cancel or modify my booking? How can I do it?
You can change or cancel your booking at any time before the driver leaves to reach the agreed meeting point. To change or cancel your booking 48 hours before your arrival, please send us an e-mail or call us and we will be glad to help you. For any request 48 hours before your arrival, you can call the phone number received in the confirmation e-mail some days before your transfer.
TAXI PRICES FOR OUR SERVICE IN NAPLES
Are your prices per person or per vehicle?
Our prices are ALWAYS per vehicle (car/van), and not per person. For this reason they are very convenient.
Are your prices fixed and all-inclusive or are there some extra-fees to be added?
Our Naples taxi prices are fixed and all inclusive. There will be NO HIDDEN, UNEXPECTED, OR EXTRA CHARGES (due to diversions or traffic jams).
Are tips included or excluded from the price?
Our prices are final and all-inclusive; the tips to the driver are not mandatory but, if you are satisfied with his service you are free to tip him.
PAYMENT METHODS AND TERMS
Why did the driver ask me to pay after the transfer, if I have already provided you with my credit card number during the booking procedure?
The credit card number provided during the reservation procedure was ONLY needed as guarantee; for this reason our driver asked you to pay for the service directly to him. But, should you prefer to pay in advance, you can do it by Credit Card or by PayPal.
How and when can I pay for my transfer?
You can chose to pay the driver soon after the transfer or, as alternative, you can pay in advance by PayPal or by Credit Card. Please note that the credit card number provided during the booking procedure on our website only used to guarantee your reservation.
Can I pay in advance?
If you prefer to pay in advance, please select one of the options among "Pre-payment by credit card" or "PayPal" while filling in our booking form.
What about any additional luggage if I didn't mention it during the booking procedure?
Should the number of your pieces of luggage change, please inform us since you may need a larger/smaller vehicle and the price of you transfer may be modified accordingly.
Can I carry particular or very large items such as wheelchairs, bikes, and ski or scuba dive equipment?
Please specify any particular luggage while filling in the booking form on our website since you may need a larger car/vehicle for your trip. In this way you will be sure to travel in a comfortable way.
MEETING POINT AND PICK-UP
Where can I meet the driver? How can I recognize him?
The driver will be waiting for you at the arrival lounge of the airport , and he will be holding a sign with your name. Anyway, we will send you an e-mail by specifying the precise meeting point some days before your arrival.
What happens if my flight is in delay or if it is cancelled?
Our office manager constantly monitors our customers 'flights and timetables. So don't' worry: if your flight is in delay or cancelled, your reservation will be changed accordingly and automatically, and you will find our driver waiting for you at your arrival.
What if I cannot find the driver?
If you encounter any difficulties in finding and meeting the driver, you can call the phone number provided on the confirmation e-mail that we will send you some days before your trip. Anyway, in case of further problems or difficulties, our customer support service is available 24/7 and will be pleased help you.
How long will the driver be waiting for me at the airport?
The driver will wait for a maximum of one hour after the flight actual landing time. Then, he will try to call the mobile phone number you have provided on the booking form. If the driver cannot reach you by phone, he will leave the agreed meeting point. In case of problems with customs and immigration, in collecting your luggage or in filling-in a form in case you lose your luggage, please call our emergency phone number.

Do I have to share the car with other passengers?
No, all our transfers to and from Naples airport are private and NOT shared with other people, so you will not have to travel with other passengers who do not belong to your group/family.
Do you provide for infant or child safety seats?
Child seats are available in the majority of our vehicles at no extra cost and upon request of the customer. Please report the child/children's age in our booking form so that we can provide you with the most suitable seat.
