How to book a taxi in Naples?
You can book a taxi directly from our homepage: fill in the form and then click on NEXT to add all your booking details. By logging on to our website you can modify your reservation up to 48h prior to your arrival (pick-up time, number of passengers, pieces of luggage) or add a new one. For last minute changes please use the number on the confirmation email to send a message to the service manager. If you need to change destination or pickup location, please contact us to cancel the booking so you can make a new one.

PAYMENT METHODS AND CONDITIONS

I chose to pay with credit card but the reservation status is PENDING PAYMENT, what do I do?

The PENDING PAYMENT status indicates that the payment service provider may have had an issue while processing your payment.


If no money has been taken from your account, it means that you may have inserted an incorrect authorization code, or card detail or your bank refused the charge. Please contact your bank first, then access our website, go to CUSTOMER -> MY REQUESTS and try to pay again.

If the money has been taken from your account and the status is still PAYMENT PENDING, please contact us immediately.

MEETING POINT AND PICK-UP

Where can I meet the driver? How can I recognize him?
The driver will be waiting for you outside the arrival lounge of the airport in front of the Carrefour market, and he will be holding a sign or a phone with your name. Anyway, we will send you a confirmation e-mail specifying the precise meeting point soon after your booking is confirmed.

FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS AND DELAYS

Do you track my flight?
We monitor incoming flights to Naples, however this does not mean we will be able to reschedule the transfer if your flights is delayed for several hours. Contact us as soon as you know your flight is delayed.
If you are on a stopover we cannot monitor the first leg of your flight. We highly recommend you contact us immediately if the flight is delayed or cancelled. In any of the above mentioned case conditions apply.

Are your prices per person or per vehicle?

Our prices are ALWAYS per vehicle (car/van), and not per person. For this reason they are very convenient.

LUGGAGE

What about any additional luggage if I didn't mention it during the booking procedure?
If you are carrying more luggage that you specified in the reservation, please access our website and amend the booking immediately. The number of bags you are carrying may change the vehicle needed, hence the price of the booking.
